This is a uchishiki, fabric for Buddhist altar from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has dynamically designed kinkoma embroidery dragon motifs. These dragon motifs are padded and metallic claws are adedd. Please check more photos for the wonderful details.
The textile is fully woven with gold threads.
There are some stains. Lining is fully removed, but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
