This vintage fukusa has tasteful 'kaioke' (a hexagonal container to store clam shells, which are used ancient shell matching game - 'kaiawase' ) motif, which is dyed. Some parts are added embroidery.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
Right side has some slight or small stains, slight smudges, and there are some frays and very small tears are becoming.
Wrong side has a big hole and some stains.
