This haori is from pre WWII, and has elegant flowers motif pattern, which is dyed with yuzen technique.
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has unique takara motifs.
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
