This is a wonderful silk maru obi from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
It has colorful phoenix and 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) motifs, which are colorfully woven.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft and comfortable touch.
It has slight frays in the corners, a very slight folding line and VERY slight patinas can be found in the background part ( hardly noticed). As a whole it is in very good condition.
