This is a women's black haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has several elegant butterfly motifs, which are embroidered. Some of the butterfly motifs are decorated with beads and looks appealing. Its black fabric is woven with silver threads and looks very gorgeous. Textile is silk and has soft but rough touch(because of the silver threads woven in the black silk fabric).
There are some smudge and snags but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
