This is a FABULOUS haori from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has sophisticated 'kikyo'(Japanese bellflower) and 'hagi'(Japanese bush clover) motifs are dyed all over it, and many parts are added fine embroidery. Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos. Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII. Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch. It is not lined ('hitoe'). It has some small stains and very slight smudges. However, as a whole it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - HTML code ( EAEDC7)
