This is a uchishiki, fabric for Buddhist altar from pre WWII. It has stunning dragon with cloud motifs, which are woven gorgeously with gold threads. The textile is silk, lined with cotton.
There are some flaws as in the photos. Tear(there are a few more tears than the photos) appear quite noticeablely but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
