This is an antique kesa, monk's gown.
It is from Meiji period(1868-1912), and made of gorgeous silk fabric. Crane, chrysanthemum, pine tree and bamboo motifs are woven finely in the brown background.
It has soft and comfortable touch.
It has slight frays all over it. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
