This maru obi is made of ro, summer sheer silk.
It is from pre WWII, and has wonderful embroidery work in both sides. One side has lily and wave pattern in one part, and another side has three embroidery parts.

Unfortunately it has many stains and patinas all over it. We can not say it is in very good condition, but it is still very valuable piece for its fantastic embroidery work.
