This men's juban(undergarment) is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989), and has very RARE design.
Bttle ship, Viking ship, Union flag, sailor and English characters are dyed!
At that age, this design had to be the cutting edge! This is an excellent sample of effect of Western fashion in Taisho period(1912-1925).
It also has war atmosphere.
Textile is plain silk and lined with cotton.
It has some slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is nearly in excellent condition.
