This is a black nagoya obi from pre WWII. It has a gorgeous 'tai' fish(sea bream) motif with bamboo leaf, which are woven elaborately. Please check more photos for the DYNAMIC details! Textile is transparent jinken and has medium touch.
There are a few fray and smudge on the white motif part. It also has a few pin holes on the wide part but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
*Nagoya obi needs some accessories to complete the square bow in a traditional style.
You will need an obi makura pillow, obijime cord and obiage sash. Please contact us if you need accessories.
