This is an attractive black contemporary uchikake. Crane, 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) and flowers are woven colorfully in the black(dark purplish brown almost black) background!
What a gorgeous uchikake this piece is!
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has frays in the hems ( shoulder folding line and side folding line) and some of them are becoming tears.
There also are some slight discoloration and frays, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
