This is a men's juban(undergarment) from pre WII.
It has cute puppy and classic train motif are dyed. English motif is also dyed. Its design has fantastic old fashioned taste of Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
Textile is jinken(rayon) and not lined(hitoe).
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
