This haori is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989) and has graceful camellia motif, which is dyed with shibori technique. Please enjoy its wonderful shibori dyed details with more photos. Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has unique 'yabane'(arrow feather) motif pattern. Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII. It has some stains and patinas. Seam of left underarm is coming loose.
