This is a adorable girl's vest called Hifu with lovely butterfly patterns. Hifu is a kind of vest worn over a kimono for little girls.
Older girls like 5 years old or older can wear fancy or stiff obi but little girls like toddler age (2-5 years old), stiff obi are usually not so comfortable and we often dress them with these type of vest over a kimono, and kimono can be worn without any stiff obi.
The Hifu vest will fit for a girl approx 2-5 years old.
It is slightly padded and is a brand new item made in JAPAN.
The Vest can be worn over any kind of clothing also.
