This is a women's black haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has elegant 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and peony with decorated bell motifs, which are woven finely with urushi coated threads. Textile is rinzu silk with book motif pattern. It has exceptionally soft smooth touch.
There are some patina and snags but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
