This is a men's black haori from pre WWII. It has such an interesing motifs in the lining. It has a rabbit on the moon and turtle with splashing rough wave motifs, which are dyed artistically. This rabbit motif seems to be pounding mochi(rice cake) and it also has a haiku motif. Please check more photos for the wonderful details!
There are some flaws as in the photos. Patina in the lining is quite noticeable but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
