This is a maru obi from pre WWII. It has 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China), butterfly, and bird motifs, which are woven elaborately. It also has some other flower motifs, so please check more photos for the detail. Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.
There is a reparied part on the side hem by the end. It also has a few fray, patina, smudge, snags, stains, and a folding line but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
