This haori is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989), and has eye-catching bobbin motif. Bobbin motif is dyed with kanoko dot pattern(not real shibori), and thread parts are fully EMBROIDERED!
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has full of fantastic old fashioned taste of Taisho period(1912-1925).
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some stains and slight smudges. Lining has slight patinas and stains. As a whole it is in very good condition.
