This is a contemporary nagoya obi. It has tasteful flowers with flying crane motifs, which are woven with fine tsume tsuzure technique. One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.

Textile is silk and has comparatively stiff touch.
There are a few stains on the wide part. Narrow part also has several stains but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
