This is a
komon susohiki kimono from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
Susohiki literally means 'trail the skirt' and it was worn to do the elegant dance with a folding fan in the Japanese style drawing room. It has very long length compared to usual kimono.
It has a colorful dyed pattern with charmig 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), other flowers and seigaiha motifs. Its color gradation looks very eye-catching. Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.
There are soe stains, patina, pin hole, dye stuff, and wear but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
