This vintage purple kimono has bold tsuzumi(Japanese hand drum) and fan motifs, which are dyed with shibori technique. Please enjoy its wonderful shibori details with more photos. Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch. Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII. It has slight discoloration(or smudges) in white parts. There also are some patinas. Lining has many tears. However, as a whole it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - HTML code ( 4706EC)
