This is a fukusa from pre WWII. It has a boat with flower petal motifs, which are dyed tastefully. The textile is silk and has soft smooth touch. It has sparse patina at places(quite noticeable on the white part). It also has a noticeable dye stuff part in front. One tassel is not attatched(not missing).
