This is a vintage nobori bata, flag for boy's festival day.
It is made of thick cotton, and has WONDERFUL samurai and waterfall motif, which is dyed with tsutsugaki technique.
Its touch is very skilled and artistic! Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
It has some patinas ,but as a whole it is in very good condition.
