This is a vintage uchishiki, fabric for Buddhist altar. It has exotic phoenix and chrysanthemum pattern, which is woven finely.
It has textured touch and seems to be silk and jinken blend. Or base papers of gold threads may make it textured.
It has couple of small stains. Lining fabric has many stains. As a whole it is in very good condition. |
