This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece is made of ro, summer sheer silk, and from pre WWII.
It has graceful 'ryozuma' ( mirror image design, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII) pattern, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Fans and flowers motifs are dyed elegantly!
It has some flaws as photos show(discoloration of the black color is comparatively prominent), but as a whole it is in very good condition.
