This is a men's jyuban from pre WWII. It has old traditional paper lantern motifs, which are dyed tastefully. These lanterns seem to be from fire fighter groups, called me-gumi and i-gumi. The textile is silk(lined with cotton) and has soft smooth touch.
There are some flaws as in the photos but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
