This is a vintage cotton furoshiki. It is made of medium thick cotton, and dyed with beautiful ai color.
In the corners, check pattern and Chinese charactor are made with sashiko stitches. Another cotton fabric is added in the middle.
There are some flaws as in the photos, but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
