This is a fukusa from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). it has gorgeous takara and flwer ships motifs, which are woven elaborately. Flying crane and splashing wave motifs are also woven finely. The textile is jinken.
There are a few snags, patina, and stains on the both front and back sides. The side stitches are unpicked. 3 tassels are missing. As a whole, it is in a very good condition. |
