This is an artistic fukusa from pre WWII. It has a handsome noh actor as shoujo moitf. It also has a 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) motif. All the motifs are dyed, woven, and embroidered elaborately. Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos. The textile is silk.
There are
several stains and sparse patina in front and back. The lining has several fray and smudge. The side stitches are unpicked. It has no tassels but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
