This is a fukusa from Meiji period(1868-1912). It has wonderful Takasago and scenery motifs, which are gorgeously embroidered. It has such wonderful details. The textile is silk(chirimen silk for lining).
There are several stain on the front fabric. White part on the motif seems to have slight patina. Lining also has a few patina and snags but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
