This is a wonderful tsume tsuzure fukusa from pre WWII. It has artistically designed crane and 'matsu'(pine tree) motifs. One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. The textile is silk.
There are a few stains in front and back. Prominent fray appear in the back but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
