This is a wonderful tsume tsuzure fukusa from pre WWII. It has artistically designed crane and 'matsu'(pine tree) motifs. One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. The textile is silk.
There are a few small stains in front and back but the rest is in excellent condition.
