This is a wonderful uchishiki from pre WWII. It has a tennyo'(a celestial [heavenly] maiden) motif, which is embroidered elaborately. This fukusa is designed very artistically and its embroidery work is fantastic. The textile is wool, lined with cotton.
There are many holes, stains, fray, and smudge in large part. The lining also has noticeable patina, stains, and discoloration. Embroidery threads on the motif are getting loose but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
