This is a blue meisen kimono from pre WWII. It has a tasteful lily motif, which is woven colorfully. The white color of the motif looks very bold and appealing on the blue fabric. The leaf motif is also woven with much details. The textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.
There are some stains, wear, snags, dye stuff, and patina as in the photos but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
