This is a gorgeous kesa from 6th year of Showa period(1932). It has an appealing peacock motif, which is woven elaborately. Please check its wonderful details with more photos. The textile is jinken. It is lined with pink rinzu jinken fabric which has flowers and flying crane motifs pattern.
There are some flaws as in the photos. The lining also has noticeable fray and smudge. As in the photo, fray on the lining is becoming a tear. As a whole, it is in a very good condition.
