This vintage small fukusa is made of chirimen(crepe) and has rare dyed design - it looks tanks in the seashore, but we are not sure about the theme.
Japanese and U.K. national flags are also seen.
The right side has a white spot in the hem. The other side has a small hole and several slight stains.
