This is a men's haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). it has a 'matoi'(the sign of firefighting group, ued in Edo period) motif, which is dyed artistically! The textile is silk and has soft smooth touch,
There are some snags, stains, and dye stuff, but as a whole, it is in a very good condition.
