We have got design papers and books from a very old dyer's workshop in Shizuoka prefecture.
This book is one of them, and has wonderful kimono design pictures, which are hand painted elaborately.
It has 86 kimono design pictures, which have subdued various traditonal motifs.
From its design feature, we presume they are from Meiji period(1868-1912).
Several pictures have stains, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
*size 15.4 in ( 39 cm) x 10.6 in ( 27 cm)
