This fukusa is from Meiji period(1868-1912), and has exotic man and standing crane motif, which are elaborately embroidered.
Textile is navy shusu silk.
The right side has couple of small holes, slight stains in the navy background(not prominent) and embroidery of crane part are coming off. The other side has couple of holes and stains. As a whole it is in very good condition. |
