This is a vintage ohenro jacket(pilgrimage) made of asa, Japanese hemp.
It has exotic 'bonji'(ancient Buddhist character) and sutra all over it! Stamps of temples are printed at places.
Especially its written sutra all over it is rare and impressive.
Textile has special kind of (comparatively)stiff and crispy touch of asa.
It has patinas and stains, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
