This is a magnificent black Furisode from pre WWII.
Tsuzumi(Japanese hand drum), fan, bamboo, flowers and kanoko dot motifs are dyed elegantly. In the left front, fine embroidery is added.
It has full of fantastic old fashioned taste of Taisho period(1912-1925).
It has some stains and patinas. There is a small hole in the bottom and embroidery stitch is coming loose in a part. Black color has slight discoloration. As a whole it is in very good condition.
