This is a contemporary Kurume kasuri cotton bolt, and it seems to be late from Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). Its pattern is charming swallow and colorful cross pattern which is woven with double ikat technique. Its cotton textile has slightly crisp touch.
It has sparse patinas particularly on the white parts on the first 450cm-177.2" length. But as a whole it is in very good condition.
