This is a vintage nagoya obi. It is made of black shusu silk, and has very cute Daruma and Japanese caligraphy embroidery motif - please enjoy its wonderful hand embroidery details with more photos!
This item was made before the WWII. The black color seems slightly discolored, and there are some folded marks/lines through out the hem of the item. This item is gently worn out over all;however, this fabulous motifed obi could be perfect for your Daruma collection or as a decoration for your home/office.
