This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women.
This piece is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989), and has wonderful old fashioned taste and the highest quality of dyeing work. Flowers and birds are dyed vividly and colorfully, and its dyeing touch is very artistic! Please check its wonderful yuzen work with more photos.
Black color is vivid and alive.
It has slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
We highly recommend this vintage kurotomesode!
