This is a vintage uchishiki, fabric for Buddhist altar.
Its kinran fabric is silk, and has gorgeous 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) motif, which is woven.
It has soft touch.
There are several stains and some frays. Lining cotton fabric has stains or smudges. As a whole it is in very good condition.
