This is an antique uchishiki from Meiji 14(1882).
Its gorgeous fabric is considered to be from ending Edo Priod( 1603-1867).
It is made of silk, and lined with cotton.
Lining cotton fabric has many stains and several holes. Kinran fabric has some slight or small stains and some frays. However, as a whole it is in very good condition. |
