This is a fabulous uchikake from Meiji period(1868-1912).
What a fabulous yuzen and embroidery work it is!
Waterfall, crane and flowers are dyed, and many parts are added colorful embroidery.
Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
Textile is fine crepe silk, and has very delicate touch.
It has some stains, small patinas, a few small holes and discoloration. However, as a whole it is in very good condition in spite of its old age.
We highly recommend this fantastic uchikake!
