This is a fabulous uchikake from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
What a wonderful yuzen and embroidery work it is!
Butterflies are dyed elegantly and fine embroidery is added in many parts. Please enjoy its fabulous details with more photos.
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has elegant chrysanthemum pattern.
It has slight discoloration and a stain, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
