This is a fabulous black uchikake from Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is made of pine tree motif rinzu silk, and has wonderful seashore scenery, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Some parts are added embroidery.
Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
It has a few small stains, smudges in the bottom. Black color is prominently discolored as photos show.
However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
